REALTOR® Capitol Day 2025

Join your fellow Realtors® and Affiliates from across the state for Capitol Day as we join together to advocate for the future of our industry. This unique opportunity provides members the chance to meet with state legislators to discuss key issues affecting the real estate industry.

Thanks to Michigan REALTORS®, Aspire North REALTORS® has secured a bus to transport you to Lansing this this September 4th event with breakfast, lunch (and snacks) provided for all attendees! Meet us at the Aspire North REALTORS® Office by 7:00 am, hop on the bus, and grab some breakfast while we travel to Lansing for meetings with state legislators starting at 10:30 am through 1:00 pm. Lunch will be served on the Lansing Capitol Lawn from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm with an optional tour of the Capitol offered at 1:00 pm. We will then load the bus and head back to Traverse City with an expected arrival time of 5:30 pm.

Register by August 26th at noon to reserve your seat on the bus!

Time

  • Arrive at Aspire North REALTORS® by 7 am
  • The bus arrives in Lansing at 10:30 am
  • Legislative Meetings begin at 10:30 am through 1 pm
  • Lunch on the Lawn served from 11 am to 1 pm, concurrent with Legislative Meetings
  • Optional Tours of the Capitol offered at 1 pm (limited availability-indicate interest on registration form)
  • The bus leaves at 2 pm
  • Arrival back in the Aspire North REALTORS® Office at 5:15 pm
