Description

The newly updated GREEN Designation Course: People, Property, Planet, Prosperity covers the distinguishing characteristics that make a high-performance home. The course looks at how consumer demand for these homes is increasing and provides a detailed accounting of how high-performance features work. The course prepares real estate professionals to provide advice and sources of information to help homeowners improve the performance of their homes— from low-cost fixes and DIY projects to retrofitting and replacing systems and big-budget remodeling projects and new constructions.

Ultimately, this course will show you how to apply green knowledge to enhance your business while helping create a more sustainable, healthy world.

Green Designation is a two-day program to be held on December 5th and 6th from 9 am – 5 pm at the Aspire North office. A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.

CE Marketplace has approved this course for 16 hours of ELECTIVE Credit (C134793).

Registration fee: Early Bird pricing through 10/31/24 is $99.00. 11/1/24 through 12/5/24 is $150.00

About the Trainer: Pamela Brookstein is the Sustainability Manager for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR.) In that that role, she manages the Sustainability Program and supports NAR's strategic mission to provide leadership strategies on topics of sustainability that benefit members, REALTOR associations, and communities. 

With her passion for sustainability and a knack for educating the real estate community, Pamela champions the idea that real estate agents can be trusted advisors in energy efficiency and solar matters. By doing so, they boost their business and maintain a pivotal role in transactions in this rapidly changing market. In an era where homebuyers increasingly think about indoor air quality, overall home ownership costs, comfort, and eco-conscious living, Pamela wants to empower agents to spearhead positive change and thrive in this evolving landscape, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet the needs of buyers and sellers.
