Brayton was raised in the small village of Northport, Leelanau County, Michigan. He still calls Leelanau County home today. Growing up in a tight-knit community helped him understand the importance of putting others first and making meaningful and impactful lifelong connections. Brayton started his lending career with a local community bank and has now moved to Citywide Home Mortgage in 2024. Prior to mortgage loan origination, he spent the previous seven years in the insurance industry. Brayton graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance and Marketing.
Volunteering, community engagement, and making a positive impact on his local community is very important to Brayton. He is currently the President of the Leelanau Peninsula Chamber of Commerce, as well as, Vice-Chairperson of the Leelanau Peninsula Economic Foundation, and he sits on the board of the Suttons Bay Chamber of Commerce. He is an affiliate member of Aspire North Realtors®, a Strategic Partner of Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), member of the Suttons Bay Chapter of BNI, member of The Leelanau County Prospectors Club, Ambassador of Traverse Connect, member of the Traverse City Young Professionals (TCYP), and The Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association (MMLA).
When he’s not working or volunteering, Brayton enjoys spending time with his family and friends, working on cars, house projects, and enjoying beautiful Northern Michigan.

Dana began her real estate career in the Birmingham-Bloomfield area back in 1987. She acquired her Broker's license in 2010 when re-entering the industry in Traverse City and the surrounding 5 County Region. To say that her timing has been curious is an understatement! Dana has thrived through some crazy market highs and lows. She has experienced mortgage interest rates ranging from 17% to 2%, recessions, recoveries, covid and NAR settlements. Dana enjoys many sports for fun and often challenges herself to see what she is capable of, one of those challenges resulted in her earning an Ironman 70.3 medal. She strives for a healthy lifestyle so that she can enjoy all of the natural wonders that living in Northern Michigan offers, and so that she can keep up with her kids. In any given season you are likely to find her out and about on skis, a bike, a boat, or at an event around town. She loves to experience different places and how people live in those spaces. Her adult children currently reside on the West Coast, where one is a homeowner, landlord and tiny house designer/owner/builder. The other is a sponsored competitive cyclist, proud dog-owner and ESG specialist in the crypto-currency industry.
