Join Aspire North REALTORS® in person or online Thursday, June 9th from 10:00 am - 11:00 for a class on 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange, presented virtually by Joy Thomas Eifrid, Esq. of First American Exchange Company.

What You'll Learn

This course is designed to teach Realtors the basics of the 1031 exchange. This will include details on IRS requirements, types of properties that qualify, recognizing an opportunity for tax-deferral, and who can benefit. 

This is a free member benefit for Aspire North REALTORS® and Affiliates only. 

Completion of this course will provide you with ONE LEGAL CE CREDIT. You must remain for the entirety of the course to receive CE credit.
