The Stoney Point room is a small conference room with a large screen and Virtual Meeting audio and visual capabilities (Technology use available for an additional cost). Seats a max of 8 persons. Great for smaller group in-person and hybrid meetings.

Half Day (4 hours or less) - $55

Full Day (In excess of 4 hours) - $80

The Empire Bluff room is a conference room with a large screen and Virtual Meeting audio and visual capabilities (Technology use available for an additional cost). Seats a max of 20 persons. Great for in-person and hybrid team or group meetings.

Cancellation Policy and Renter Agreement to Rental Terms *

In the event of cancellation please contact Connor Miller by email connor@aspirenorthrealtors.com at least 72 hours before the scheduled start of the event to avoid a $100 cancellation fee.

The undersigned Renter acknowledges the receipt of the Aspire North Facilities Rental Policy. Renter understands the terms of that Policy and agrees to all of the Renter obligations contained to it. Renter agrees that all materials and equipment brought to this event shall be removed promptly at the end of the event.

The undersigned renter acknowledges that any rental outside of Aspire North Business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) will require approval and a $100 after-hours fee.
