In the spirit of Earth Day and spring cleaning, the Aspire North Sustainability Committee is thrilled to be hosting another Earth Day Shred Event. Like last year, we partnered with ProFILE to use their Shred Monster for secure shredding of old files and other paper. Paper items may not have paper clips, staples, or photographs attached.

In addition, this year we've added the option to drop off select electronics for disposal with the help of E-Recycle TC. Please check the list below outlining which e-waste items will be accepted.

We'll be grilling hot dogs, so everyone dropping off their waste can get a free lunch as well! Please RSVP so we have a headcount for food!

What E-Recycle TC will accept: 

• desktop computers, laptops, iPads, tablets, readers, cell phones, office phones
• networking equipment, servers, switches, routers, modems
• printers, monitors, keyboards mice, cables, cords, wires
• DVD, DC & VCR players, stereos, gaming systems
• Any item with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery*
      *Unfortunately, E-Recycle TC Cannot accept any other batteries

Items E-Recycle WILL NOT ACCEPT:

• TVs of any kind, old style or flat screen
• old CRT monitors 
• appliances, microwaves, etc. 
• heaters, humidifiers, air conditioners, etc.
