It's that time again; the time to look back at the past year as an association and take stock of where we've been, where we are, and where we're heading! This year's General Membership Meeting will be held at Interlochen Center for the Arts, Corson Auditorium. 

After the meeting, we will be offering two free hours of legal continuing education credit to REALTOR members. 

Here are the details of the classes: 

Title Insurance Problem Areas

The course will review Tax Titles, Railroads Property Issues and Access Issues. It will cover problem areas that can slow down or blow up your deal, along with tips for keeping everything on track.

Water Rights in Michigan

The course will discuss Riparian Rights on inland lakes and rivers as well as the Great Lakes. It will also review ownership of bottomlands and the federal navigable servitude. The course will also review common problem areas that can arise in real estate transactions involving waterfront property and resources to assist Realtors and their clients.
