It's that time again; the time to look back at the past year as an association and take stock of where we've been, where we are, and where we're heading! This year's General Membership Meeting will be held at Kirkbride Hall at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons on Thursday, October 20th from 2 pm to 4 pm. The first hour of the meeting will include remarks from our current President, Matt Hodges, a Treasurer's Report from Jessica Brutzman, an introduction of our current Board of Directors and candidates for our 2023 Board of Directors, a member comment phase, and more!

For the second hour, our keynote speaker, NAR's Chief Economist Dr. Lawrence Yun, will be Zooming in to discuss the current state of the real estate market and a forecast of its future heading into 2023. Dr. Yun oversees the Research Group at the National Association of REALTORS® and is responsible for a wide range of research activities for the association including NAR's Existing Home Sales statistics, Affordability Index, and Home Buyers and Sellers Profile Report. He regularly provides commentary on real estate market trends for its 1.4 million REALTORS®.
