Join Aspire North REALTORS® and instructor Janice Hurt of Lake Michigan Credit Union on Thursday, April 11th from 11 am - 12 pm for Idiosyncrasies of Government Lending. This course will cover the 3 government programs—FHA, VA, and Rural Development—and the unique characteristics of each. More specifically, it will outline the benefits of each, when inspections are required, property types, property requirements, and a summary of underwriting requirements.

This class is 1 hour of Elective CE Credit.
