I've had a passion to sell real estate since I was a young teen age kid in growing up in a Northwest Chicago suburb! When I met my wife, in Kalamazoo in 1987 and married the same year, she suggested we take a trip to northern Michigan that summer and go to Torch Lake with her Mom and Dad. Well, I said to myself "Say Yes To Michigan" right? Coming from Illinois, we always took our trips to the other side of Lake Michigan and went to Minnesota or Wisconsin, so I thought, what the heck! Never did I think we would sell our business in Illinois 10 years later and venture up to this beautiful spot in Northern Michigan, start Paradise Properties USA and live a life that most people dream about.

Now, 25 years later I'm still living this dream, I LOVE what I do and handling the day to day operations of a successful Vacation Rental Business, which brings up anywhere between 3,500-6,000 vacationers in any given season and a fantastic Real Estate sales division as well! 

My clients range from professional sports figures, CEO's and celebrities to the average every day person.  It is always fun helping out they young first time home buyers as well. All of my clients are all treated the same, with integrity and respect.

I'm now one of the leaders in our industry in cutting edge marketing and communication technology. I pride myself in educating my clients as to how this technology works, how they'll be involved with it and show them results. Real Estate is not like it used to be and changes almost daily. Realtors in the past used to fax or snail mail and offer or listing agreement to their clients, which took days. Now with the latest digital signature sources, I have the ability to make a deal happen almost instantly, which comes in handy when under a timeline crunch.

I also showcase homes and vacant properties when and where necessary, with full video, aerial drone videography and aerial still shots to help a potential buyer actually get a "Feel" for the property before they even schedule a site visit to the property.

I specialize in Waterfront, Resort, vacant & residential properties in and around Northwest Michigan. I enjoy a challenge and will work until I can find whatever you are looking for. I've been an annual multi-million dollar producer for over 20 years. When I take a new client, they are not just a client as many of my clients become friends. I LOVE the challenge that every client brings to me. I then dig in, research the request, find results and start the process of elimination until I/we find that perfect piece of "Paradise'! I also pride myself in that if I don't think a property is right for my client, I educating them as to why and will even talk them out of buying it to avoid a potential problem in years to come.

I keep up on most of the area's zoning ordinance rules and regulations, I often attend monthly township meetings to help in the process of buying or selling properties. I also sit on various boards and been an active member in our Board of Realtors and Association of Realtors and an active contributor to the Realtor Political Action Committee "RPAC".
